when the hot water is not being used, the hot temperature is maintained silently. The
water is heated frequently with many small bursts of heat, keeping the temperature
high without the typical long, noisy reheating periods. Most water coolers make loud
water heating noises during the night, which can disturb sleep. Our system is near
silent when not in use.
• The refrigeration compressor turns on occasionally to maintain the cold water. This
low pitched humming is similar to the noise of a quiet refrigerator when cooling.
• In some cases, a vibration noise is made if the cooler is not properly leveled. The
cooler needs to be leveled using two adjustable feet at the back of the cooler.
PREVENTING ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE
Prevent Damage with Proper Installation:
1. Insert Water Suction Probe into water bottle.
2. Plug power cord into a grounded (3) prong outlet.
3. Place a full water bottle into the bottom of the water cooler.
4. Close the front door fully to activate cooler. This will automatically start pumping the
water.
5. Wait for water to stop pumping.
6. Dispense water out of the hot water faucet (you are ensuring water has filled the hot
water tank).
7. Turn the hot water on (page 11, numbers 15 & 16) using the switches the back of
the cooler.
Preventing Damage to your Coffee Capsule Piercing Needle:
Do not use the same coffee capsules twice. Do not use other types of coffee capsules.
Improperly sized coffee capsules can plug up the puncture needle with coffee grounds,

Do not use an adapter.
Do not use an extension cord.
