TROUBLESHOOTING

Wet out of the box:
Your machine was functionally tested using sterile, reverse osmosis filtered water.
A small quantity of water was left in the cooler after testing.
During transportation some water may have leaked out. This will not affect the ma-
chine's operation. Please wipe the water off of the cooler and let it sit overnight before
plugging it in.
Hot water spills occasionally from the coffee dispensing nozzle:
If you are using this single serve coffee brewer at an altitude in excess of 5000 feet,
you might observe some water dripping from the coffee dispensing nozzle. Your brew-
er works at a high water temperature. At higher elevations the water temperature may
exceed the boiling point, causing water to slowly spill.
In this case, please follow the instructions given on page 21 for altitude correction.
Lids are blowing off of some coffee capsules:
Some coffee capsules have problems maintaining consistent quality and may fail. Try
to use coffee capsules from another production batch or brand.
No hot water. Preheat LED light just blinks, cold is fine, no hot.
Check if the hot water switch at the back is in the ON position. Check if the bottle has
water. If the problem persists, call the service center at 1-855-594-4755 for help.
If it's not fixable, a replacement unit will be shipped to you. Please drain the water as
shown in the "Descaling your Coffee Brewer" section. Pack your cooler into its original
package and call the service center to arrange pick up of return unit.
The hot tap is leaking, or the hot water flow is slow or non-existant
When spring water is used, calcium deposit will eventually block passageways in the
hot tank. These blockages can be observed by a gradual slow down in the flow rate.
For removing calcium deposits use 20% citric acid solution or white vinegar. Dissolve
20 oz of citric acid powder in 3 quarts of warm water. Or use 3 quarts of vinegar.
Follow instructions on page 15.
No water is coming from the taps
1. Check the hose connections from the water pump to the suction probe in the bottle.
They must be well connected to avoid air leaks.
2. Check the hose connections leading from the water pump into the cooler.
