Simple troubleshooting

Problem
Display shows
although
Refill beans!
the bean container (1) is full,
or the grinding unit does not
grind the beans.
No hot water dispensed.
Too little or no milk froth
or
the milk frother (6) does not
draw the milk in.
Coffee dispensing slows to
a trickle or stops completely.
Coffee has no "crema".

Beans are not falling into
the grinding unit

Solution
Gently tap the bean con­

Use low­fat milk (1.5 % fat).
