IN NO EVENT SHALL LOGICAD3D OR ITS
SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY

(INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS,
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF
BUSINESS INFORMATION OR OTHER
PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE
OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS LOGICAD3D
PRODUCT, EVEN IF LOGICAD3D HAS BEEN
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL LOGICAD3D'S
LIABILITY EXCEED THE LICENSE FEE PAID.
BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE
EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL
DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY
NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Terms
This license is effective until terminated. You
may terminate it at any time by destroying the
Software. It will also terminate upon conditions
set forth elsewhere in this Agreement or if you
fail to comply with any terms or conditions of
this Agreement. You agree upon such
termination to destroy the Software together
with all copies, modifications and merged
portions in any form.
General
This is the entire agreement between you and
LogiCad3D, superseding any prior agreement
whether written or oral relating to the subject
matter of this Agreement. In the event of
invalidity of any provision of this Agreement,
the parties agree that such invalidity shall not
affect the validity of the remaining potions of
the Agreement. This Agreement will be
governed by the laws of the state of California.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts
for the International Sale of Goods is
specifically disclaimed.
