Canopy telescopic rod ........................................ Condition.
Rear safety belt .................................................. Secure.
Rear stick (if fitted) ............................................. No play & secure.
Rear throttle lever (if fitted) ............................. Good handling.
Loose objects ..................................................... Removed & secure.
Rear pedals ....................................................... Condition.
Front stick ......................................................... No play & secure.
Front throttle lever and brake .......................... Good handling.
Brake fluid level ................................................ Check.
Choke handle ..................................................... Good handling.
Steering rods .................................................... Condition.

4.2 STARTING THE ENGINE

The engine must be started in accordance with the latest applicable version
of the relevant Rotax operator´s manual.
STARTING ENGINE INSTRUCTIONS:
Pre-flight check ........................................... Completed.
Aircraft ......................................................... In Position.
Make sure the aircraft is in a suitable position where blast from the
propeller will not cause damage to people or other aircraft.
Wheel brakes ............................................. ON.
Safety belts ............................................... Fastened.
Master switch ............................................ ON.
Confirm the generator warning light is ON.
