Cause
No voltage in the socket.
The power plug is not completely
inserted into the socket.
Loose connection of filter and
gasket, ground coffee got on the
edges of the filter.
There's is too much coffee in the
filter or the coffee is tamped too
strongly.
The coffee grinding degree is too
fine or it is tamped too tightly in the
filter.
Wrong process of scale removal in
the coffee maker.
Improper storage of coffee.
The milk container is too big or of
improper form.
You used skimmed milk
Solution
Make sure that the electric plug is
operating.
Check whether the power cord plug
is completely inserted into the mains
socket.
Clean the edges of the filter.
Do not overfill the filter with coffee.
Use ground coffee for "espresso"
coffee makers. Experimentally define
the coffee tampering degree in the
filter.
See the chapters «Washing the coffee
maker» and «Descaling» and clean
the coffee maker several times.
Use fresh ground coffee. Keep coffee
in a dry cool place.
Use a narrow high container for
frothing milk.
Use only whole milk with fat content
of 4-6%.
