TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom: Suction line frosting to compressor
Liquid refrigerant overfeed
Refrigerant contaminated with water

Possible Cause Possible Remedy
Check float switch to make sure it is
functioning properly.
Check solenoid valve #20 to make sure it is not
leaking through. Repair or replace if defective.
Test refrigerant or oil for water contamination.
Completely pump the freezer out (pumpdown)
and blow excess water out through the oil trap
drain valve #61. Refer to Service, Section 9
"Removing Excess Water".

Replace if defective.
