Indicates the 8–byte neighbor LSP
ID, which consists of the System
ID, Circuit ID, and Fragment
Number.
Indicates the l1-metric for the IS-IS
interface on the neighbor Node.
An SPBM IS-IS trap is generated
when a mismatch or duplicate ID is
received.
Indicates the IS-IS local node
system-id.

The value 1 indicates that an alarm
