Cancel Button (10)

You will stop the running program when pressing the cancel button (10).
The display shows the pre-selected program with the time
and the temperature of
off.

ON/PAUSE Button (11)

1. To switch on the unit, press the ON/PAUSE button (11) once. The
countdown starts.
2. To stop the countdown, press the ON/PAUSE button once more.
3. To continue the countdown, press the ON/PAUSE button again.

Useful Hints for Frying

 The food to be prepared in the air fryer does not need additional fat for
frying. Depending on your taste you can sprinkle the food with less oil
before placing into the air fryer.
 Correct frying duration and required temperature depend on the food
properties such as size and thickness. Please pay attention to the
information provided by the food producer.
 We recommend thawing frozen foods prior to frying. This is especially
necessary when frying big pieces.
 Protein-rich foods such as fish, sea food, meat and poultry can be fried
without coating.
 Do not place too much food into the basket otherwise the pieces will
not be browned as desired.
 Do not successively fry different kind of foods in the same oil. When
frying foods with distinct odour such as fish, any foods fried afterwards
may take on a similar flavour.
 Salt and season the fried goods after frying just before serving.
