ADJUSTING THE DELAY TIME AND SPEAKER OUTPUT LEVELS
When using the digital sound field processor with the Dolby Pro Logic decoder, the Dolby Digital decoder or the DTS decoder, you
can adjust the delay time between the main sound and sound effect, and each speaker's output level as you prefer.
Adjustment method
When adjusting with the remote control, set the
SELECTOR DIAL to the AMP/TUN or DSP position on the
remote control.

Press TIME/LEVEL once or more until the name of the
item which you want to adjust appears on the display.

* After pressing TIME/LEVEL once on the remote control,
you can also select the name of item by pressing .
When pressed, the selection changes as follows:
Delay time
D E L A Y
Center speaker output level
C E N T E R
Right rear speaker output level
R S U R .
Left rear speaker output level
L S U R .
Subwoofer output level
S W F R
* Pressing
on the remote control changes the selection in
the reverse order.
* Depending on the setting in the SET MENU mode, you
may not be able to select all these items.

Press + or – to adjust the settings for the delay time or
speaker output levels.
