TROUBLESHOOTING Leak or not? When you find the kayak appears a bit soft, it might not be because of a leak. First, check if the valve caps are loose. If all valves are in good condition, you can consider if it is caused by temperature variation. If the kayak was inflated in the day at a higher temperature (35°C for example) and air might cool down overnight (20-25°C), the pressure on the hull will decrease and the kayak will appear less inflated the next morning.
