ASSEMBLY
Select a clean area free of stones, gravel, sticks or other sharp objects.
Carefully unfold the kayak, spreading out the chambers and floor to make them as smooth
as possible.
NOTE: For ease of install, it is preferable to set up the kayak on a warm and sunny day. If
time permits, expose the unrolled boat to direct sunlight for 1 hour or more so that the boat
material will be more flexible during installation.
If the kayak is inflated during cold weather or without direct sunlight on the tubes, care must
be taken not to over-inflate the tubes. As the air inside the tubes heats up due to
temperature increased or sunshine, the pressure will increase. The kayak is not fitted with a
safety valve, so the pressure must be monitored at all times.
CAUTION: Do not drag the kayak, as it may tear or cause other damage to the kayak.
Kogan.com will not be held responsible for damage caused to the kayak due to mishandling
or failure to follow these instructions
Use a hand or foot-operated air pump to inflate the kayak – do not use high-pressure air
compressors. Follow the numbered sequence while inflating the chambers. Screw the valve
cap in a clockwise direction by hand after inflation.
It's very important to follow the numbered sequence: failure to do so will result in an
improperly inflated kayak. Fill each chamber until it is firm.
