If the camera is used for purposes other than orig-
inally intended, if it is connected in the wrong way
or not repaired by skilled personnel, no liability can
be taken over for possible damage.
3 Applications
The black/white camera TVCCD-2006 has espe-
cially been designed for monitoring and alarm
systems. Due to its small dimensions an easy mount-
ing is possible at any desired place.
4 Lenses
At the TVCCD-2006 all lenses with a C mount can be
screwed. As the camera is equipped with a connec-
tion for an iris control (4), especially lenses with a
video-controlled
MONACOR VWL-813A. Due to the installed automa-
tic gain control (AGC) also lenses with a manual iris
adjustment can be used.
To connect a lens with a video-controlled iris a
plug is included. Solder the cable of the lens at the
plug acc. to fig. 2:
Pin 1 = operating voltage 12 V
Pin 2 = ground
Pin 3 = not connected
Pin 4 = video signal 1 Vpp for the iris control
Attention! The lenses of the lens assembly and the
CCD image sensor chip must be protected against
dust or other impurities and must not be touched with
the fingers in any case.
