e) Setting the Relay Switching Time

The switching time of the relay can be set.
While setting, ensure that there is no transponder near the aerial module.
Proceed as follows:
• Push and hold the button (8) for at least 5 seconds.
The LED (9) lights up when a button is pushed and goes out after 1 second. After another
4 seconds, the LED (9) lights up again and the programming mode is now activated.
Now release the button; the LED will continue to be lit.
• To set the switching time, push the button (8) briefly several times.
To set 3 seconds, briefly push the button 3x, but leave a brief pause of 0.5 - 1 seconds
between any two pushes. Each time the button is pushed, the LED will go out briefly
and then light up again. This way, you can easily count the time setting.
The maximum switching time is 15 seconds.
If you push the button more often than the permitted 15x accidentally (for a
switching time of 15 seconds), the control module cancels programming without
changing the switching time (the LED flashes 5x).
Programming is also cancelled if the button is not pushed for 5 seconds. The
above setting of the switching time is ignored; the previous switching time
remains unchanged.
• If you have set the desired switching time, keep the button (8) pushed for saving (about
5 seconds) until the LED flashes 3x. The programming process is ended.
This completes the setting process of the switching time of the relay.
