When I use screen capture/streaming software like OBS, XSplit, etc. and select Razer
Ripsaw HD as a capture source, I only see a black screen. How do I fix it?
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
First, make sure that the source is connected to the correct port. If you are capturing a game from
your gaming console, make sure that the HDMI cable is plugged into the HDMI output port of
the game console and HDMI input port on the Razer Ripsaw HD capture card.
When using screen capture software on a laptop or multi-GPU system, you may run into issues
in some capture types. Please make sure that the appropriate application services are run using
the same GPU as the game/program being captured.
