• Any damage that occurs as a result of dirt or soi-
ling is also exempt from the guarantee.
• Appliances for which the guarantee still applies
are to be delivered free of transportation charges.
The customer must bear the travelling costs in the
event that any service technicians are required.
• The guarantee no longer applies when the appli-
ance has been altered outside the factory with re-
gard to its configuration or technical construction.
• You may only use original Trotec spare parts. Re-
pairs may only be carried out by Trotec. The gua-
rantee is no longer valid in case of noncompliance.
