First time use it it's on but the blades not turning

The blades may not be turning on the Ryobi RY40LM01 during first use due to the tilt sensor. The unit will not start if it is in a vertical position or tilted more than 45º. To start the blades, the mower must be in a proper horizontal position, and both the start levers must be squeezed and the start button pressed. If the mower is tilted or the start sequence is not followed correctly, the blades will not turn on.
