CAUTION
If the charging port cover is frozen due to cold weather, rainy or snowy days, the
charging port cover cannot automatically snap open when the charging port lock
handle is pulled, so the following methods can be used to open it: 1. Pull up the
charging port lock handle and meanwhile pull the charging port cover from the lower
part of cover. 2. Melt ice using hot water or any other heater with a maximum
temperature below 100 ° C and then open the charging port cover. Do not force it open
roughly.
2. Open the AC charging port cap.
3. Connect charging pile or charging
connector at wall-mounted charging box
terminal.
4. Connect the charging connector at the
vehicle end and the charging connection
indicator on the instrument will
illuminate.
