When the light is illuminated, the gate is open. Be sure to depress the button on the remote control until the light goes OFF and the gate is completely closed.

The chain is tightened by moving the motor mounting bolts. Loosen the mounting bolts when replacing the chain. Always close and secure the guard before resuming work.
