When the scene contains mostly high colour temperature objects, such as a blue sky.

BACKLIGHT
When there is a strong backlight behind the object, clear images of the background
as well as the object can still be obtained by using the BACKLIGHT function. This
function has four values: Off, Low, Middle, High

If the AGC is set to Off following functions not available: DNR, SENSE UP and
DAY / NIGHT Function.
DNR
In low light conditions this functions increases the noise in the picture. There are four
values for this setting: Off, Low, Middle, High
SENSE UP
AUTO:
In the automatic mode you have to set the limit for sense up in the submenu. The
sense up function is activated automatically in case of low light.
OFF:
The function does no operate.
Note: In the manual shutter mode the sense up does not operate.
The higher the sense up, the higher the after image effects with moving objects
