Device-speciic instructions when
using it as a ireplace
– You may place the ire bucket indoors for
decoration purposes only. You are not
allowed to make ire in it indoors under
any circumstances.
– Never use the ire pit under a canvass
or porch roof.
– To ensure a safe operation of the ire pit,
always use it on a solid, even surface
with a suicient bearing capacity.
– Use only dry lighters or special luid
lighters compliant with EN 1860-3 as
irelighters. Make sure to observe the
manufacturer's instructions.
– Never use liquids such as petrol,
turpentine, spirits
or re-light the ire. These substances
inlame explosively and are poisonous
to some extent. Use dry irelighters
or a chimney starter instead.
– When adding irewood or charcoal,
always wear ire-resistant gloves (e.g.,
barbecue gloves).
– Wear irm, enclosed shoes. Sandals
do not provide any protection from hot
embers!
– Never leave an open ire or embers
unattended. This poses a risk of personal
injury and ire!
– To be prepared for emergency situations,
always have a bucket of sand nearby
to put out the ire.
– Always tip out the remaining charcoal
and ash in a non-lammable metal
container and ill it up with water. Let the
charcoal and water stand for 24 hours
in the metal container before disposing
of it completely.

ordinary briquettes.
