Material Flow
Adjustment
• For a lighter spray pattern,
decrease material pressure at
sprayer.
• For a heavier spray pat-
tern,increase material pressure
at sprayer.

• Trigger gun.
• To decrease air flow, close air
valve (A) (clockwise)
• To increase air flow, open air
valve (A) (counter-clockwise).
NOTE: Keep a small amount of air
flowing through air line and gun tip
to prevent material from backing up

Preventing Material
Surge at Gun Trigger
Pressure will build up in system
when you stop triggering gun. To
prevent material surge at
beginning of spray pattern,
• when you first pull trigger, point
gun away from surface you are
spraying.
• hold gun away from surface
and gradually work your way
closer to it.
