One our zones has no air coming out even though it is on

There are a few possible reasons why no air is coming out of the Polyaire Zonemaster Unipoint RF zone even though it is turned on:

1. Spill Mode Activation – If the system is in spill mode, some zones (usually the lowest-numbered ones) may be forced to open while others remain closed to prevent air pressure buildup. Check if the zone is allocated as a spill zone.

2. Bypass Mode Activation – If the system is in bypass mode, excess air may be redirected through a bypass damper instead of flowing into the zone.

3. Zone Addressing Issues – Ensure the zone is correctly addressed and allocated within the system setup.

4. Turbo Feature Impact – If another zone is set to Turbo mode, the airflow to other zones may be reduced by 50%, limiting airflow.

5. Supply Air Safety Limits – The system may have reached its high or low supply air safety limits, preventing airflow to certain zones.

6. Damper Malfunction – The damper controlling the airflow to the zone may be stuck or malfunctioning.

Checking these factors in the system settings and physically inspecting the damper should help diagnose and fix the issue.
