Normally it will keep high logic level until certain condition such as receiving SMS, voice call (CSD, video) or URC reporting, then WAKE# will change to low logic level to inform the master (client PC).

    Smart Machine Smart Decision USIM Interface USIM interface complies with the GSM Phase 1 specification and the new GSM Phase 2+ specification for FAST 64 kbps USIM card. Both 1.8V and 3.0V USIM card are supported. USIM interface is powered from an internal regulator in the module.

    Smart Machine Smart Decision UART Interface SIM7600E-PCIE provides one UART (universal asynchronous serial transmission) port. The module is as the DCE (Data Communication Equipment) and the client PC is as the DTE (Data Terminal Equipment). AT commands are entered and serial communication is performed through UART interface. The application circuit is in the following figures.
