Controller Reset
The GUI (wall controller) may be reset by pressing and hold the power button for 5 seconds until
the GUI beeps and the sin-on screen is displayed
SD Card
The SD card must be fitted for normal operation.
SD card contains graphics images for display, Installation default options, Installed configuration
data, user preferences, filter life information, error titles & descriptions & version information.
Should you need to take out the SD card (not recommended) please ensure the to turn the power
off before removing or inserting.
Steam Up
A 'Steam Up' occurs when warmer wet air is introduced into a cold room.
As the thermal mass of a room is dominated by the solid surfaces in the room, the air will initially
cold to near the existing room temperature. If the air cools below its dewpoint, condensation will
occur on cold surfaces, such as glass & plaster board.
The Ventis has steam up prevention enabled in AUTO mode operating. This can be overridden
by using the FLUSH mode at the users discretion.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other
reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or
replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major
failure.
