Only a suitably qualified and competent person may carry out maintenance after the electrical
supply has been isolated.
Call Ventis on 1800 20 80 20 to organise for your friendly service technician to visit should
maintenance or service be required.
Fault Display
The Fault Display appears if a persistent error occurs.
Users should note the Fault Number when reporting
errors for service. The TITLE and Fault Description
may assist the user is self-diagnosing and rectifying the
problem.Pressing any key will exit the error screen, if
possible. Some errors cannot be manually reset. Please
contact our customer service for support.
