Troubleshooting

Check before making inquiries or requesting repair.
Problem
The product does
not work even
after the POWER/
SELECT switch is
pressed.
The charging
indication/
notification lamp
does not turn on/
stays off.
The
"MOISTURIZE",
"HIGH (ION
LEVEL)" or "HIGH
(TEMP)" indicator
is blinking quickly.
The product stops
during operation.

Possible cause
The battery is low.
The AC adaptor is connected.
This charging indication/
notification lamp turns off after
charging is complete. (P. EN12)
The AC adaptor is not
properly inserted into the
household outlet.
The appliance plug is not
firmly inserted into the
appliance socket.
The self-protection function of
the main unit was stopped
abnormally.
After the mode indicator
glows, the power will be
automatically turned off in
3 minutes.
This does not indicate a
problem.
There is no power remaining
in the battery.
If skin is not detected, the
power will be automatically
turned off after about
20 seconds. (P. EN14)
During operation, the
POWER/SELECT switch is
pressed by mistake to cut off
the power supply.
Action
Charge the product.

Remove the AC adaptor
from the main unit.
Properly insert the AC
adaptor into the
household outlet.
Firmly insert the
appliance plug into the
appliance socket.
Turn off the power and
restart the appliance.
Please consult an
authorized service center
(described in the warranty)
if it happens repeatedly.
Charge the product.

Reselect a mode, and
use the product against
your skin. (P. EN15, EN17)
Press the POWER/
SELECT switch again to
restart the product.
