Every 200 operating hours
1 Check for oxidation on the battery poles
(battery version).
2 Check secure fitting of the battery con-
nections (battery version).
3 Check the acid level of the battery (low-
maintenance batteries only).
4 Check voltage-bearing lines and con-
tacts for damage and oxidation.
5 Check the switch box, device plug and
main cable (main version).
6 Check function and smoothness of swit-
ching bar.
7 Check voltage of battery cells with vacu-
um motor running (ΔU ≤ 0,05 Volt) (bat-
tery version).
8 Check brushes for rotation direction,
wear and setting (brush mirror).
9 Check brush drive belts for tesion and
wear.
10 Check water dosing valve, solenoid val-
ve and water distributor.
11 Check the water system for leaks.
12 Check function of vacuum motor/vacu-
um bar.
13 Check suction lip for setting and wear.
14 Check function of float gauge in used
water tank.
15 Check vacuum hose for leaks.
16 Check the dirty water drain hose.
17 Check bottom end of fill level display/out-
let hose with angled nozzle.
18 Check seal on tank cover.
19 Clean the lint filter.
Every 600 operating hours
1 Check the carbon brushes in the brush
drive and vacuum motor for wear. Repla-
ce carbon brushes if necessary.
Every 800 operating hours
1 Replace the toothed belt in the brush
head.
