Removal of the casing Using a Speedflow security screwdriver, release the two screws that are located on the lower part of the casing. Carefully remove the casing.
As preventive maintenance, we recommend using a soft brush to remove dust and dirt on an annual or bi-annual basis, depending on the dryer’s operating cycles. Replacement of the brushes Using a Speedflow security screwdriver, release the two screws that are located at the lower part of the casing.

Carefully remove the casing. Unscrew the base barrier.

Unscrew the base barrier. Use a flat head screwdriver to insert the pin tab, to extract it.

Remove the pin, and remove the lower brush. Housing of the lower motor brush.

Use a flat head screwdriver to insert the pin tab, to extract it. Remove the pin, and remove the upper brush.

Housing of the upper motor brush. Replacement of the motor Using a Speedflow security screwdriver, release the two screws that are located at the lower part of the casing.

Carefully remove the casing. Unscrew the terminal block to release the power supply cables from the circuit board.

Unscrew the front screw joining the volutes. Unscrew the rear screw joining the volutes.

Unscrew the screw securing the volutes to the base. Use an Allen key to loosen the set screw securing the fan to the shaft.

Unscrew the base barrier. Unscrew the base barrier.

Unscrew the earthing screw for the base plate. Unclip the upper volute tab from the base.

Unclip the lower volute tab from the base. Use pliers to remove the back motor spring.

Use pliers to remove the front motor spring. Remove the motor and replace it.

Remove the circlip securing the circuit to the volutes. Cut the cable ties securing the power supply cables to the volutes...

Unscrew the heating element cables from the electronic circuit board. Carefully remove the electronics of the volutes by opening the front clips slightly to free the circuit board...

Cut the cable ties securing the heating element cables to the volute. Carefully lift the lower clip joining the volutes.

Carefully lift the central clip joining the volutes. Carefully lift the rear clip that is joining the volutes.

Once the two halves of the volute have been separated, remove the fan from inside. Carefully remove the heating element from inside the half volute.
It is also recommended to clean the LEDs regularly using a cloth dampened with alcohol to ensure the signal is emitted and received properly. Replacement of the electronic circuit board Using a Speedflow security screwdriver, release the two screws located at the lower part to free the casing.
