Table 19 indicates who, at the client site, can authorize remote support access or
who can enable the system for remote support.

Description
Name
Enter the client remote support contact name
E-mail
Enter the e-mail address of the remote support
contact. The e-mail address must be a correctly
formatted e-mail address
Office
The office phone number, including the country
phone
code, of the remote support contact person
Mobile
The mobile phone number, including the country
phone
code, of the remote support contact person
Calling
The calling hours, or duty shift, for the remote
hours
support contact, for example: 08:00 - 16:00, or
24/7, as appropriate
Time zone The time zone for this contact; for example, GMT
-4, or UTC -4
