Raised floor
The following requirements apply only to raised floors:
__ v 200 mm × 200 mm (8 in. × 8 in.) opening in the back tile is ready; for more
__ v Two ventilation tiles are ready
Weight
__ v Floor reinforcement strength to support a weight of 884 kg (1949 lb) reviewed
__ v Floor support area: 600 mm × 1092 mm (24 in. × 43 in.)
Delivery
__ v A clear and level path from the truck to the building entrance
__ v No steps from the truck to the equipment room
__ v All doors and elevators have at least a 2210 mm (87 in.) height clearance
__ v All doors and elevators have at least a 1016 mm (40 in.) width clearance
__ v All doors and elevators have at least a 1321 mm (52 in.) depth clearance
Access approval requirements
__ v Prearranged access approval obtained for IBM service representatives
__ v Prearranged access approval obtained for movers
__ v Prearranged access approval obtained for vehicles
__ v Prearranged access approval obtained for the technician's laptop computer

Note: If the system is shipped with the disassembled shipping option (weight
reduction) the floor delivery path needs to support only 300 kg (661.4 lb).
However, the floor reinforcement strength remains the same as previously
indicated.
