IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WARNING: BEFORE USING THE EXERCISE BIKE, CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING SAFETY PRECAUTIONS IN ORDER TO REDUCE THE RISK OF INJURY. 1. This equipment is designed for training purposes in a residential environment (class H). 2. This stationary bicycle is equipped with a fixed wheel mechanism. Should the user abruptly stop pedaling, the inertia of the wheel will force the user’s legs to continue moving in a circular motion. If the user wants to stop the exercise, it is recommended to increase the resistance until the inertia of the flywheel stops, or to pedal gradually slower until coming to a complete stop. -
