SPECIAL FUNCTIONS

ANTI-FROST FUNCTION
Prevents the evaporator from frosting, thereby extending the dehumidifi er's life and enhancing energy saving. When this function is ac-
tive, the fan continues to turn while the compressor stops and 'DEFROST' appears on the display.
TANK FULL STOPPAGE
The dehumidifi er stops when the condensate collection tank is full or incorrectly positioned. 'P2' will appear on the display
and the 'full' indicator light turns on.
FILTER CLEANING function
To keep the machine in good working order, the dehumidifi er is equipped with a system which reminds the user when the dust
fi lter at the back needs cleaning. When the fi lter reaches 250 hours of operation, the indicator starts fl ashing continuously. After
cleaning the fi lter (see CLEANING THE FILTERS), press the button to switch off the indicator, which will stay off until the fi lter needs
cleaning again.
ANTI-MOULD function
Press the ANTI MILDEW button to enable this mode. It sets the fan speed and hours of operation of the dehumidifi er (up to 4h) in
relation to the measured actual humidity.
The system operates automatically to maximise occupant comfort while reducing the risk of mould and bacterial growth.
DRAIN PUMP function (DEOS 50 only)
The dehumidifi er has an internal drain pump for quickly discharging the condensation collected in the tank. The condensation
is discharged via the rear outlet hole; hook up the hose included in the package and start the function by pressing the PUMP
button. Do not use this function when the ambient temperature is 0 °C or below.
IMPORTANT: When the compressor stops, it is necessary to wait 3 minutes before it restarts.
