Carbon Monoxide Detector
Follow instruction in this document to
setup and use the accessory, refer to
illustration on the right for detail. For
further setting or operation information,

Getting Started
1. Remove the screw at the back to
remove battery compartment cover
(Figure 1)
2. Insert the supplied batteries
(Figure 2) and replace the battery
compartment cover
3. Put the Control Panel into learning
mode.
4. Press the learn button in the front
(Figure 3)
5. Refer to Control Panel manual to
complete learning process.
Mounting Location

Mount the Carbon Monxide
Detector in your bedrooms to
protect your safety.

For houses with garage, mount
near the internal door to garage
for protection in case when car
engin is not turned off.
Do not mount the Carbon Monoxide
Detector at or near the following
locations

Kitchen – The stove/oven in kitch
may emit CO to trigger false
alarm.

Fireplace/Furnace – Do not mount
close to fire burning appliance to
avoid false alarm.
Installation
1. Use the two mounting holes on the
mounting bracket to mark position
on the wall. (Figure 4)
2. If required, drill holes into marked
location and insert wall plug.

3. Screw the bracket onto the wall.
(Figure 6)
4. Hook the Carbon Monoxide
Detector on the mounting bracket
(Figure 7)

Pasos iniciales
1. Retirar el tornillo de la parte
posterior para retirar la tapa de las
pilas. (Figura 1)
2. Introducir las pilas suministradas
(Figura 2) y vuelva a poner la tapa
de las pilas.
3. Colocar el panel de control en
modo de aprendizaje.
4. Oprimir el botón de prueba del
frente (Figura 3)
5. Consulte el manual del panel de
control para completar el proceso
de aprendizaje.
Ubicación de montaje

Ubicar el detector de monóxido de
carbono en su habitación para
incrementar su seguridad.

Para casas con garaje, ubique el
detector cerca de la puerta interna
de acceso al
protección en casos cuando el
motor del carro queda encendido.
No ubicar el detector de monóxido de
carbono en las siguientes ubicaciones
o cerca de ellas:

Cocina – La estufa/horno de la
cocina puede emitir CO que
disparen falsas alarmas.

Chimenea/Caldera – No ubicar
cerca de aparatos con fuego para
evitar falsas alarmas.
Instalación
1. Utilizar los 2 orificios del soporte
para marcar la ubicación de
montaje sobre la pared.(Figura 4)
2. Si es necesario, perforar los
orificios sobre las marcas
realizadas e insertar los tacos de
pared.(Figura 5)
3. Atornillar el soporte sobre la pared.
(Figura 6)
4. Enganchar el detector de monóxido
de carbon sobre el soporte de
montaje (Figura 7)
