Manual Pretrip Inspection and Loading Procedures The following Manual Pretrip Inspection should be completed before starting the unit and loading the trailer. While the pretrip inspection is not a substitute for regularly scheduled maintenance inspections, it is an important part of the preventive maintenance program designed to head off operating problems and breakdowns before they happen.

Alarm Codes Introduction An alarm code is generated when the microprocessor senses an abnormal condition. Alarms direct an operator or service technician to the source of a problem. Multiple alarms can be present at one time. All generated alarms will be stored in memory until cleared by the operator.
