Make sure the appliance is turned off before lifting the jug from power base. Lift the jug by its handle. Remove the jug from power base. Pour the tea into the cup. The kettle does not work. When I put it on the power base, I cannot boil water. If I press tea type, the top two lights flash and the kettle beeps constantly. I must remove the kettle to stop the noise. Can I reset it?
