5.1
Manual Loading & Unloading
While loading and unloading manually, always keep the load as uniform across the platform as
possible to avoid instability and excess wear. Always turn the platform slowly to avoid dislodging
the load on the platform.
As the load is added and removed from the pallet, the height of the platform will raise or lower
to maintain the proper working height. To adjust the working height, add or remove air from the
system.
Presto Lifts
Do not sit, stand, or ride on the machine.
Do not enter under the platform unless it is mechanically locked.
Keep hands, feet, and loose clothing away from moving parts.
Load and unload the machine gradually to avoid bouncing of the
machine.
Loads should be added and removed from the platform uniformly.
Uneven loading can cause excessive wear and instability. Uneven loads
can cause unintentional rotation of the turntable, which can cause the
load to fall and lead to severe injury.
Do not use with damaged pallets or pallets with exposed fasteners.
Damaged pallet pieces and/or fasteners must not extend more the 1/8"
below the rotator ring.
This machine is to be operated and transported on flat, level surfaces
only.
