READ ENTIRE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE BEGINNING! Carefully remove contents
from box. Make sure that all parts and hardware are included.
Place All Table Slats face down with Aluminum facing up
on a flat clean surface. Follow the following list for place-
ment.
1st Slat (Far Left)= Table Slat with holes #1,#6,#11
2nd Slat (Middle Left)= Table Slat with holes #2,#7,#12
3rd Slat (Middle)= Center Table Slat with holes #3,#8,#13
4th Slat (Middle Right)= Table Slat with holes #4,#9,#14
5th Slat (Far Right)= Table Slat with holes #5,#10,#15

- Page 2 Step Three: Carriage Bolt Placement Insert (19) 4-1/2” Carriage 5/16” Bolts into all Table Slat End and Center Holes. Tap bolts with a hammer to set square into the End and Center Holes (Right picture) Step Four: Table End & Center Cleats Attachment Place End and Center Cleat to Table Slat Carriage Bolts by taping them into place on all Carriage Bolts with a hammer and align cleats with numbers on slats.
- Page 3 Step Seven: Angle Brace Attachment Place (2)Angle Braces along Seat Supports to the Table Center Cleat while aligning pre-drilled holes. Attach us- ing (4) 3-1/2” Truss 5/16” Bolts. Finger tighten using flat washers and nuts. Do not tighten at this time. (Right pic- ture) Step Eight: Placing Table to Standing Position Place Table to Standing Position on to its legs.
