Assembly and instructions
IMPORTANT
The SCHELL Dual flush WC flush valve must be installed to the following
specifications:
• Requires a minimum of 133 mm wall cavity to finished wall and
a maximum of 178 mm.
• Inwall coverplate is suitable for a maximum wall thickness of 25 mm.
• Water supply:
Minimum delivery pipe size 25 mm with left or right connection to valve
body for 1 flush valve. For > 1 flush valve 32 mm supply pipe or according
to water service rule calculations and simultaneous demand requirements.
• Minimum flow: 1,3 litres/second at the valve
• Maximum static pressure may not exceed 800 KPA
• Recommended operating pressure: 200-500 KPA (Flow pressure)

  • Page 4 – Figure 1 Install Styrofoam blackout box with drip tray, mount tunnel, seal and airbrake nut to supplied telescopic flush pipe. – Figure 2 Install supplied stop cock to the water supply pipe. – Figure 3 Install flush valve to stop cock (shut off valve). Tighten airbrake nut, tunnel, and seal to the flush valve.
