Introduction
The DHM range of hydraulic testers can measure and record the fundamental parameters of
flow, pressure and temperature in a hydraulic circuit. The instrument can be used to display
hydraulic power calculated from flow and pressure and also indicate pump volumetric efficiency
based on a captured start point.
Snap-shots of the hydraulic parameters can be captured at the press of a button when the data
is saved to memory. Stored data can be retrieved from the tester with the Webtec "Quickcert"
App' from where it can be compiled in to a certificate that can be emailed.

Webtec Portable Hydraulic Testers have been designed for easy connection to a hydraulic
circuit. Testers can take full back pressure up to 420/480 bar (6000/7000 psi) depending on the
model and the built in loading valve enables many of the operating conditions to be simulated.
The tester can be connected anywhere in the hydraulic system to test pumps, motors, valves
and cylinders in both flow directions.
There are different sizes and porting options to cover a wide range of flows.

impaired if they are not followed.
