You can usually resolve this by changing the wireless channel in use on your network. This guide will take you through the steps required to change the wireless channel in use.
  • Page 3 3. Change the Frequency(channel) from the current channel in use. Set the channel to the opposite end of the scale to the current channel in use. For instance if the current channel used is 11 try channel 1. For optimal performance and to limit the chance of wireless interference we recommend you select either channel 1, 6 or 11.
