Stage 2: Attaching Frame to Body
For this stage you will require:
(1) Frame Assembly (from Stage 1)
(6) M10 Washers
Turn the Highlander body upside
down to begin installation.

NOTE: Make sure the Frame Assembly is correctly aligned on
the Body before drilling.
For the hole in the Channel marked position A in figure 3
above, use a 10 mm drill bit to drill a hole through the plastic
body. Reach inside the body and insert an M10 x 25 mm
Carriage Bolt through the newly drilled hole.

Repeat steps 2B and 2C at the hole in the Channel marked position B in figure 3 above, drilling a hole and attaching a
Carriage Bolt, Washer and Lock Nut.

Place the frame assembly on the body.
Align the back centre of the frame to the raised rectangular ridge moulded into the Body
(see figure 1 above). Align the front and back Frame Support Brackets to be parallel to the
moulded lines in the Body (see figure 2 above).
(6) M10 x 25 mm Carriage Bolts

On the outside of the Body/Channel place an M10 washer
on to the Bolt and secure with an M10 Lock Nut. Tighten
Lock Nut.
TIP: You can hold the Carriage Bolt on the underside using
the tip of a pair of pliers.
