Stage 1: T Frame Assembly
For this stage you will require:
(1) Channel
(8) M10 x 80 mm Hex Head Bolts
(4) M8 x 25 mm Hex Head Bolts
(2) Body support Brackets

Lay down the Channel so the flat
surface is facing down, and rotate the
Axle until the holes line up - making
the top of the Axle level with the flat
part of the Channel.
Arrange the 4 Frame Support Brackets
and Body Support Brackets and
line them up along side the Frame
Assembly as shown above.
(1) Axle
(16) M10 Washers
(8) M8 Washers

Insert 2 M10 x 80 mm Hex Head
Bolts through a Washer, the Axle, the
Channel, and lastly another Washer.
Add an M10 Lock Nut to each Bolt.

Insert one M10 x 80 mm Hex Head Bolt through an M10 washer, the rear frame
support, the frame assembly, the front frame support, and then a second M10
washer, for each of the 6 holes indicated above. Add one M10 lock nut to each bolt.
Use the four M8 x 25mm Hex Head Bolts, eight M8 Washers, and four M8 Lock Nuts
to secure the Body Support Brackets to the Frame Support Brackets as shown.
NOTE: Tighten the Nuts enough that the assembly holds together, but leave them
loose enough to allow the Support Brackets to move independantly on the frame.
Your assembly
should now
look like this.
(4) Frame Support Brackets
(8) M10 Lock Nuts
(4) M8 Lock Nuts
Tighten both Nuts.
