    Mounting on the drill press table: 1. A minimum of 1-2’’ thick plywood panel should be installed between the fence and top of the drill press table to prevent damage to the bit and chisel when cutting the mortise. Drill a mounting hole in the plywood to match the slots in the drill press table.
