How to use the nailer
Loading/unloading fasteners
Point the nozzle away from persons and keep your
finger out of the trigger when loading the fasteners.
When loading a "2-step" magazine, slide the nail strip
into the magazine until the nail strip has passed the nail
stopper.
Pull the pusher until it is beyond the stopper.
Release the pusher to engage the nail strip and feed it
into the nozzle.
To unload the fasteners from the magazine, press the
release lever on the pusher and tilt the tool to slide the
nail strip to the rear end of the magazine. Press the nail
stopper and slide out the strip.
When loading a "3-step" magazine, follow the same
safety precautions and continue with the following
steps:
To load the nail, pull the pusher to the rear until it is
locked to the magazine at rear position.
Slide nail strip into the magazine. Release the pusher to
push the nails into the nozzle.
To unload the fasteners from the tool, pull the pusher
to rear locking position. Slide the nails out of the
magazine.
Depth of drive adjustment
It is possible to adjust the depth of drive on this nailer. If
the nailer has an adjustable screw placed close to the
nozzle, it can be turned towards deeper or higher.
Remember to disconnect the air supply before adjust-
ing.
If the nailer does not have an adjustment screw, it may
be possible to adjust the depth by loosening the screws
in front of the nozzle.
Deeper drive: Loosen the screw on front of the nozzle,
move the nozzle upwards, and tighten the screw again.
Reduced drive: Loosen the screw on front of the nozzle,
move the nozzle downwards and tighten the screw
again.
When the depth is adjusted, shoot a nail into the work-
piece to determine if further adjustment is necessary.
Actuate method
The tool can be fitted with various actuate methods.
Normally, the tool is mounted with a single sequential
trigger from the factory.
Single sequential trigger
To actuate the tool, depress the safety bracket against
the work piece, and pull the trigger.
To actuate the tool again, you will need to release
the safety bracket fully and release the trigger before
repeating the above procedure.
Bump fire
Get a good grip on the tool's handle. Activate the trig-
ger, bump the safety bracket against the workpiece,
and a shot will be fired. Each time the safety bracket is
bumped into the workpiece, the tool will fire.
When the work is done, release the trigger to avoid
misfire. Keep your finger off the trigger when carrying
the tool.
NB: Bump fire must not be used when working on a
scaffold, stairs, ladders, or if the user is moving around.
Replacing the trigger
To replace the trigger, remove the trigger pin, remove
the trigger and insert the new trigger. Insert the pin into
the trigger again.
The trigger can be fitted with a quick-changer. This
allows you to switch between single sequential fire (T)
and bump fire (TTT).
To change the fire mode, push the red button outwards
and turn it to the desired position.
