Problem
An excessive
amount of
water drips out
of the steamer
head when the
appliance is
heating up.
Water leaks out
from the steamer
base.
The suction
power is
weakening.
The suction
power is not
strong.
When I use the
steamer, I see
loose fluff and
dirty particles on
my garment.
Suction function
still can be turned
on when the
steam function is
set to off position.
Possible cause
Some moisture may be
collected at the sides
of the steamer head
when suction function
is being activated.
The water in the
appliance is dirty or
has been left inside the
appliance for a long
time.
You have not closed
the water tank cap or
de-calc knob securely.
The water tank is not
inserted properly.
Fluff has collected in the
grille and has clogged
up the openings.
You are making fast
strokes. Fast strokes
diminish the suction
power.
Dirt and fluff have
collected in the grille.
This is part of the
design.
Solution
This is normal. Wipe
off the sides of the
steamer head with
a cloth.
Perform de-calc
process. Refer to
section.
Close the water
tank cap or de-calc
knob securely.
Insert the tank
properly.
Regularly check
and clean the grille.
Refer to
section.
Make slow
downward strokes.
Regularly check
and clean the grille.
Refer to
section.
This is normal. After
the appliance is
unplugged, the
suction function
cannot be turned on.
