18-Month Limited Warranty
What is covered?
The ROHO Group covers any defects in materials or workmanship of the HARMONY Cushion.
For how long?
18 months from the date the HARMONY Cushion was originally purchased as a new cushion,
no matter who is the present owner.
What we will do.
Within a reasonable amount of time after you return the cushioning product to us, we will
repair any defect in material and workmanship and ship it back to you, all free of charge (within
the warranty period).
What we will not do.
We will not repair a cushion free of charge if it has been misused or damaged by an accident.
This also includes damages stemming from "acts of God", eg., flood, tornado, earthquake, or
other catastrophic events, eg., fire.
What the customer must do.
The customer must send the HARMONY Cushion to us with the original sales ticket or other
evidence of date of purchase, and he/she must pay all delivery costs. It must be sent to The
ROHO Group, 100 N. Florida Ave., Belleville, IL 62221-5429 U.S.A. We will not require the origi-
nal sales ticket if you or the previous owner, if applicable, have completed and returned the
warranty registration card, attached to this brochure, and we have it on file. Failure to submit
the original sales ticket or failure to have the warranty registration card in our file voids this
warranty.

Disclaimer
Any implied warranties, including the MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE are also limited to18 months from the date of original purchase and any action for a
breach of such warranties or any express warranties herein must be commenced within this
time.
Your State Law Rights and the Effect of this Warranty Upon Them
This warranty restricts the duration of all implied warranties to 18 months and limits or
excludes recovery for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limita-
tions on how long implied warranties will last and some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so those provisions may not apply to you.
While this warranty give you specific legal rights, you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state.
