3)Checking Let Off
[Checking]
Make sure that the let off is properly adjusted, and that the let off is completed before the shank
makes contact with the shank stopper.
Let Off: Shank stop position +1 to 2mm
[Adjustment]
Use the regulating button to adjust within the tolerance described above.
4)Checking and adjustment of the shank stopper height and width position
[Height Adjustment]
Perform the shank stopper height adjustment if each of the following problems is found
・The hammers touch the shank stopper
・Damper blocks touch the shank stopper
Bass part
[Width adjustment]
Perform the shank stopper width adjustment if
movement of the stopper is not smooth.

5.Sensor Unit Adjustment

[Key sensor unit adjustment]
(Adjustment is required when the unit is replaced.)
Adjust the gap between the bottom surface of a black key
and upper surface of the key sensor unit when depressing
the black key to the lowest point. (Fig.15- a)
Adjustment specification : 3.8mm to 4.0mm
Adjustment spots : Sensor brackets: 4
Adjustment screws: 2 each
Adjust from the bottom of the keyboard with 2 adjustment
screws to make a gap of appropriate size. (Fig.15- *1)
Make sure the gap between the keyboard and Key sensor rail is
parallel. (Fig. 15 - a)
