1. MEMORY:

Insert the SD memory card in the slot provided on the side of the camera body.

2. POWER:

TheVT02 uses AA Alkaline Batteries (QTY. 4). The VT04 visual thermometer uses a Li-ion battery. Prior to use ensure
the battery is fully charged. Plug the AC power adapter into a wall outlet Connect the micro-USB connector to the
batter charge port located under the rubber cover. The battery charge state is displayed in the upper right-hand corner
of the display.

3. START:

To turn on the power, push and hold the menu / power button for 2 seconds. A start-up screen shows on the display
and indicator bar shows the status. After the startup screen is complete the unit is ready to use.

4. FOCUS:

This unit does not have a focus adjustment. It uses a digital visual image with a thermal overlay. When the two images
are aligned focus has been achieved. The Up and Down Arrows are used to achieve the alignment of both the visual
and thermal overlay.
