10. Detailed Description Our ever-popular Manhattan mobile unit has evolved into a modern, sleek, multi-sensory masterpiece! 13. Installation Unpack the Manhattan II from the transportation crate. Before you proceed any further, take a few moments to remove one key from each key ring and label the keys you have removed – we recommend you attach a coloured ribbon to each of these with a strong label on or write on the ribbon in marker pen to identify these. - Page 5 PROJECTOR Fix the projector to the top of the Manhattan unit. The underside of the Projector has an integral bracket (angled thin white metal bracket with a hole in) and a circular plate. Pass the knob supplied through the hole in the bracket and into the hole in the middle of the plate and then through the top of the Manhattan.

Locate the bank of 4 switches towards the top of the Manhattan (situated to the left side of the music system). From left to right these are: Music system Projector Waterless Tube Light Source Switch each of these ON. MUSIC SYSTEM Press the POWER button on the left (as well as the switch in the bank of 4 switches as described above). - Page 7 Unplug the projector. Loosen the wingnut, and carefully remove the projector, putting it somewhere safe. Remove the screws in the lid using the Allen key provided. Carefully put the lid to one side.
- Page 8 The interior can then be seen, it will look like this (the models may vary slightly but essentially look like the units below): Locate the dials below: Turn up the control to desired level. You can also adjust the Bass and Treble if required. Test the unit is at the appropriate audible level before putting the lid back on.
- Page 9 Please carefully replace the lid ensuring that the wire is carefully placed in the notch in the side of the lid to protect it: Replace the screws in the lid and tighten. Reposition the projector, carefully fastening the projector down with the wingnut, tightening carefully and then plug the wire back in to the projector.
- Page 10 8 COLOUR WIREFREE CONTROLLER This switch is supplied plugged into the socket inside the Manhattan so that it is on charge whilst the Manhattan is plugged into the mains and switched on. The switch can be unplugged for wireless use of this switch. Make sure that you plug this switch back into its socket after use to maintain its charge.
